3 Days 2 Nights Mulu Tour
DAY 01
Depart Miri heading to Mulu with 30 minutes flight. Upon arrival at Mulu Airport, met and greeted by tour guide and transfer to resort. Lunch at own expenses. Afternoon proceed to Gunung Mulu National Park and register at the park HQ. Light treks on pathways lead you through the jungle up to the spectacular formations in the Lang Cave and to the enormous Deer Cave which contains the world's largest cave passage. After an afternoon of exploring, relax at the open-air bat observatory for a chance to witness the "Bats' Exodus" - an estimated 3 millions bats live in the Deer Cave, and fly out in a whirling, spinning mass for evening feedings.
Overnight at Royal Mulu Resort
DAY 02
MULU
After breakfast, we will start off our journey upriver by longboat and drop by at Penan Settlement to experience the culture and buy some handmade handicrafts. Then proceed to visit the Wind Cave and its majestic "King's Chamber", then on to the Clearwater Cave, an intensive passageway that extends over 100km underground, cut by the deep running Clearwater river system. Relax at the Clearwater pool before return back to the resort. Afternoon will be leisure to hang loose or join optional activities available at the resort.
Overnight at Royal Mulu Resort
DAY 03
Breakfast at resort. Free at own leisure, until transfer to airport for return trip to Miri.
Arrive and dismiss at Miri Airport. See You Again!
