Day 01 (Miri - Brunei - Limbang)

• Gather at Dewan Suarah. Depart from Miri on 0800hrs. Arrive Limbang around noon time. Lunch at local restaurant. Proceed for the Limbang Heritage Trail - explore the town on foot, Mini War Memorial 1963, Bukit Mas Lake, temples, china town. Dinner & overnight at Limbang.

Day 02 (Limbang - Lawas - Kota Kinabalu - Kinabalu National Park)

• Breakfast at hotel. Depart to Lawas. Arrive Kota Kinabalu at noon. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch depart from Kota Kinabalu and travel 2 hours along the ridge of the Crooker Range to Kinabalu National Park. On the way, you may stopover at the Nabalu Town to buy some local product such as fresh fruits and handicraft. Arrive at Kinabalu National Park, visit to the educational centre and take a guided walking tour to the memorial graded. Check in mountain resort. Free at own leisure until dinner. Dinner at mountain resort. Overnight at mountain resort.

Day 03 (Poring Hot Spring - Kundasang - Kota Kinabalu)

• Breakfast at resort. Proceed for an hour drive to Poring Hot Spring. Take a 20 minutes hike to reach the Canopy Walkway to experience the hieght of 200ft avove ground from the top of the tree itself. Then have a dip in the hot sulphur water in the Japanese sauna style which believed would heal certain aliment. Lunch at mountain resort. Visti the Kundasang Vegetable Market. Transfer back to Kota Kinabalu City area. Check in to city hotel. Dinner at local seafood restaurant. Overnight at city hotel.

Days 04 (Kota Kinabalu - Manukan - Lawas)

• After breakfast pick up from hotel and transfer to city jetty for a 10 minutes boat ride to Manukan Island, the headquarters of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park, fish feeding at jetty. Free at own leisure, you may enjoy swimming in crystal clear water along the white sandy beach or snorkerling to explore the tropical marine life. By noon, lunch at the island's restaurant. You may also enjoy the optional activities such like parasailing, banana boat, jet ski etc. Return to mainland in the afternoon. Depart to Lawas. Overnight at Lawas.

Day 05 (Lawas - Miri)

• Early breakfast. 0800hrs check out hotel. Depart from Lawas to Miri. Stop over at Limbang for lunch.
